     Elizabeth II was born on April 1926, she is the eldest daughter of the Dukes of York (King Jorge VI). She became heiress of the throne when his uncle Edward VIII abdicated, and in his place, Elizabeth’s father ascended to the throne as Duke of York, who only had two daughters (Elizabeth and Margarita) with his wife Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, daughter of the Scottish Count. 
      
     In 1945, she joined the Auxiliary Territorial Service of Women as second subaltern (second lieutenant) honorary.
      The celebration of her coronation was in 1953, and it was the first one to be televised. She got married the Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark (known as Philip of Mountbatten, Duke of Edinburg) in 1947 in Westminster Abbey. They had four children: Charles (heir to the throne), Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.

     She is since 2007 the longest Monarch in the History of England, beating her great-grandmother, Queen Victoria. She is currently, the oldest Head of State in the world, being since 2015 the British Monarch with the longest period of reign, beating again, Queen Victoria.

THE HOUSE OF HANNOVER The house of Hannover is  a German royal dynasty that reigned  in Great Britain from 1714 to the foundation of United Kingdom in 1801, and since then, until 1901 when Victoria I died and her son  Edward II ascended the throne. he House of Hanover was formally named the  House of Brunswick-Lüneburg, Hanover line , as it was originally a  cadet branch  of the House of Brunswick-Lüneburg. Oprah Winfrey Oprah Winfrey was born in 1954, born into poverty in rural Mississippi to a teenage single mother.  She is s an American media proprietor, talk show host, actress, producer, and philanthropist.
